This training program, delivered by Clear Horizon, is designed to build participants capacity in reflective practice, qualitative evaluation and outcomes-focused storytelling. It focuses on the Most Significant Change (MSC) technique—a globally recognised, story-based data collection method that helps capture rich insights about social impact. Developed by Dr Jess Dart, MSC empowers practitioners to uncover and communicate meaningful, unexpected and stakeholder-relevant change..
Training Overview
- Delivered by Clear Horizon, experts in equity-driven measurement and learning.
- Based on the internationally recognised Most Significant Change (MSC) technique, co-developed by Dr Jess Dart.
- Focuses on collecting and interpreting powerful change stories to enhance evaluation and decision-making.
Delivery Format
Fully online, combining:
- Self-paced materials (videos, readings, exercises)
- Four live virtual sessions with a Trainer (1 hour each)
- Stakeholders are invited to attend one post-course coaching session only. (Each session will include a group of 10 participants and will focus on mentoring to support application and reflection following the course).
